It begins with a non-shrink, two-component epoxy putty used to level surface imperfections and create a smooth, uniform substrate with excellent mechanical strength and thixotropic properties for both vertical and horizontal applications. A solvent-free, non-toxic epoxy coating is then applied, providing strong adhesion, excellent water and chemical resistance, and a seamless, hygienic finish that inhibits bacterial and fungal growth. Graded silica aggregates are incorporated to enhance abrasion resistance, durability, and slip resistance. The system is finalized with a high-build epoxy topcoat that ensures a smooth, aesthetically pleasing surface with long-lasting protection, followed by a high-performance, non-yellowing aliphatic polyurethane topcoat. The final layer provides superior resistance to UV exposure, chemicals, abrasion, and impact, while enhancing durability, ease of maintenance, and long-term aesthetic stability.
